Terms of sale

Digital products, services, consulting, invoicing and payments (including Paddle / Stripe).

Last updated · 13 July 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases via the Site shop (digital products, downloadable projects) and, where applicable, to invoiced services (development, maintenance, consulting) paid through omarhajjoub.site or a related invoice link.

A separate quote, brief or signed contract may supplement these terms; the more specific accepted document prevails for that order.

2. Products and services

Shop: digital goods (files, limited-use licenses as described). Features, prices and currencies are shown before checkout.

Services / consulting: defined by invoice or commercial proposal (scope, timelines, deliverables). Online payment alone does not expand written scope.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in the product or invoice currency (MAD, EUR, USD…). Bank or FX fees may apply.

When Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, local tax/VAT may be calculated and collected by Paddle under buyer-location rules.

When Omar Hajjoub invoices directly (bank transfer or other non-MoR methods), applicable Moroccan taxes appear on the invoice where required.

4. Shop orders

An order is placed after customer details and payment method are submitted. Confirmation may appear by email or success page. Manual payments (bank, crypto) may delay digital delivery until payment is validated.

5. Payment

Available methods depend on configuration: card via Paddle or Stripe, PayPal/Payoneer where enabled, bank transfer, crypto.

Card payments are processed by the provider. Provide accurate information. Fraudulent payments lead to cancellation and possible reporting.

6. Digital delivery

After payment confirmation, a time-limited download link may be provided. You are responsible for downloading and storing files in time. Unauthorized resale is prohibited unless expressly licensed.

7. License

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or contract, purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use. Source-code redistribution, multi-site, or resale requires written agreement.

8. Custom services

Deposits, milestones, IP assignment and warranties are set by the quote/invoice. Non-payment may suspend delivery. Out-of-scope changes may require an amendment.

9. EU withdrawal & digital content

EU/EEA consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for some distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may be lost once performance begins with your express prior consent and acknowledgement (e.g. immediate download after payment).

See also Refunds & cancellations.

10. Warranty and liability

Digital products are provided as described, excluding hidden defects or material non-conformity. Within legal limits, the publisher is not liable for unsuitable use, unsupported environments, or loss of profit.

For services, liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant engagement, except for gross negligence or mandatory contrary rules.

11. Governing law

Moroccan law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the buyer’s country of residence (notably the EU). Amicable resolution is encouraged before litigation.
