1. What is a cookie?

A cookie or tracker is a small file or identifier stored on your device when visiting a site. It may be strictly necessary or used for analytics, preferences (language, currency) or other purposes.

2. Cookies on this Site

Strictly necessary: session, CSRF security, admin auth, order continuity where applicable.

Preferences: locale and display currency.

Analytics: only if enabled in Site configuration; then aggregated traffic data may be collected.

Payments: Paddle/Stripe checkout pages may set their own cookies under their policies.

3. Legal basis

Essential cookies rely on legitimate interest / technical necessity. Non-essential cookies rely on consent where required (ePrivacy / GDPR).

4. Duration

Session cookies expire when the browser closes. Preference and analytics cookies last for a limited period (days to months depending on configuration).

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break login, payment or language features.

For third-party cookies (payment, fonts, scripts), also check those vendors’ privacy controls.
